Our boys ended in last position in the group after loss against Turkish team ... In this tie also Alex Solanki won his match but Nitin Kumar Sinha's form is worrying ... They r facing Italian team in 13-16 classification.
Our girls scored comfortable win over Peru team ... Only Pranjala stretched to tie-break in one set otherwise comfortable win ... For 5-8 classification our girls r facing South African team.

Purav-Divij lost in the first round against tricky Belgian pair ... May be they take extra pressure of US Open qualification so with their rankings Divij and Purav fail to qualify for US Open ... Now they both need top-70 singles player as their partner for qualification of US Open doubles draw.

[QF] Ankita Raina (IND,355) vs (Q) Cindy Burger (NED,420)
Ankita is showing terrific form and in the second round she defeated WR #260 Venezuelan Andrea Gamiz ... After winning the first set easily Ankita lost the second set but she regained her momentum and won the final set with double break ... In the quarters she is facing Dutch qualifier Cindy Burger, who upset 2nd seed Romanian Cristina Dinu from 2-5 and 0-40 down in the decider.
