Goal Scorers - Lieke van Wijk (NED) 17' PC, Lisanne de Lange (IND) 57', Lisa Scheerlinck (NED) 68'
Indian girls gave very spirited performance but failed to convert chances ... In this match both teams played lot of game in mid-field ... In the first half Indians girls were matching Dutch girls game plan but Dutch girls scored through first penalty corner ... Late in the first half Indian girls missed scoring through their first penalty corner ... In the second half Indian girls played attacking goal and earned their second penalty corner ... This time also they failed to convert ... Dutch girls also attacking and managed soft goal in 57th minute ... Last 10 minutes Indian girls were looking tired and Dutch added one more goal after easy missed chance from Rani ... But still very creditable fighting performance from our girl ... Now they will face British girls for Bronze medal match.
