Sania-Jie scored huge upset win against very experienced doubles players to lift title at Yale ... This was Sania's 17th WTA doubles title and 3rd this year, and Jie Zheng's 15th WTA doubles title and 1st in over two years ... After winning the first set our pair was cruising in the second ... They were up 5-2 and had 2 match points on opponent's serve but they lost focus ... They refocused and completed win in 10th game after saving break point ... Good preparation for Sania and Jie before their US open campaign.

Leander-Daniel lifted their first title together, this was Lee's 52nd title and Daniel's 81st ... Also this week Daniel become the first doubles player to reach the 900 match wins milestone (902-358 match record) ... Also Daniel-Leander become first aged 40 pair to lift ATP doubles title ... This was the first title of the season for Leander and also for Daniel.
The final was very close as scoreline suggested ... Our pair faced 11 break points but they saved 10 out of it and that was crucial factor of the match ... Our pair won the first set after long tie-break after saving few set points ... In the second set also Huey-Inglot fought hard but experienced Lee-Daniel take crucial break in the end for title win.
