In Davis cup match against Japan Sommy was troubling with right shoulder injury and at that time he asked to take couple of weeks full rest ... Instead in a week time he played at Malaysian ATP tournament ... This week in the second round he retired in the third set with same right shoulder injury.
In the first set Sommy was up with break at 3-2 but lost next 4 games to lose the first set ... In the second set again Sommy was up with break and leading 4-1 but again he lost serve but at 4-3 he again broke Kudla to won the second set ... In the third set he retired after 3 games.
