GM Magnus Carlsen (NOR,2870) ½-½ GM Viswanathan Anand (IND,2775) (6½-3½)
Norway's Magnus Carlsen become new Chess World Champion!!!
22 yrs old Carlsen become the youngest World champion ... He defeated Anand comfortably to won the title when two games were remaining ... So Anand's 6 yrs regime over World championship got over and frankly Carlsen is most deserving candidate ... WR #1 Magnus Carlsen dominating chess world last couple of years and in the World championship match he show why he is WR #1 ... Carlsen showed his solid preparation for endgame in the World championship.
In 10th game Sicilian Defense utilized ... Carlsen and Vishy played very tactical game in this match ... But Carlsen played excellent defensive game and after long game it was eneded in draw after 65 moves.
