India dw Pakistan 2-2
Goal Scored - Rupinder Pal Singh (IND) 44' PC, Danish Mujtaba (IND) 53' and Muhammad Waqas (PAK) 40', Muhammad Irfan (PAK) 42' PC

India staged remarkable fightback to hold Pakistan 2-2 ... Indians struggled under chilly and windy conditions, temperature was under 7 degree Celsius ... Both teams played cautious but attacking hockey ... First half locked goalless but in the second half Pakistan kept pressure and scored first goal due to defensive lapse from Indians and immediately they doubled the lead through penalty corner ... Indians fought back and earned their third penalty corner and managed to score through indirect hit despite mistake from Ignace Tirkey while stopping the ball ... After that Indians kept attacking and managed to score equalizer through Mujtaba ... First the Kiwi umpire Simon Taylor disallowed the goal but after Indian players objection he consulted with Korean umpire You Su Long and awarded goal to India ... Then both teams tried but couldn't manage to score ... In this match also we wasted 3 penalty corners from 4.

With this draw Pakistan qualify for the final ... India needed Malaysian magic and they delivered with beating Japan 3-2 ... So India r in the final and book rematch against Pakistan.
