Diju and Jwala moved to quarters with straight games victory over Koreans showing the first round big upset win wasn't fluke.

Saina started with winning the first game comfortably ... In the second game after 4-6 down Kurihara won next 6 pts to take 10-6 lead but Saina caught with her at 11-all ... Kurihara again take lead from 14-12 to lead 18-14 ... Saina tried to reduce the distance and came near 18-19 before Kurihara winning next 2 pts to won the second game ... In decider Saina take early 4-0 lead which she increased to 11-5 but Kurihara fought back winning next 5 pts to make it 11-10 ... After that Saina managed to keep couple of pts lead until 18-16 ... Kurihara caught with her at 18-all ... Kurihara had a first match point at 19-20 ... Saina saved that and then Saina needed 6 match points before converting it to complete THE victory ... This match was going on for 72 mins ... It seems these Japanese girls r found some knack of handling Saina's game ... These days Saina struggled lot against Japanese girls.

After closely fought the first game Peter Gade won the second game comfortably against Kashyap ... 4th seed Korean pair scored comfortable win over Rupesh and Sanave in 25 mins.

Next in quarters Saina having real big test against WR #1 Yihan Wang ... In MXD quarters Diju and Jwala r facing another unseeded Scottish-British pair.
