In the first set it was dog-fight as most of the games went to deuce ... Sanford took first break in 7th game, 3-4, but Pranjala immediately broke her next game for 4-all ... Pranjala missed couple of set points in 10th game but she broke Sanford in 12th game for winning this set after 67 minutes ... In the second set same story repeated but Pranjala was generating more break point chances but she was failing to convert it ... Sanford broke Pranjala in3rd game for leading 1-2, Pranjala was getting break points but failed to convert .... She broke Sanford in 8th game for 4-all, Sanford immediately broke her for 4-5 but this time also Pranjala broke Sanford when she was serving for the set, 5-all ... Sanford again broke Pranjala in 11th game and then hold for winning this set ... From here tide was turned in favor of Sanford as she broke Pranjala in 1st game for leading 0-2 and then with another break she won final set with comfortably scoreline ... Pranjala had 23 break points and converted only 4, other hand Sanford had 10 break points and she converted 6 ... This match was going on for more than 3 hours so hats off for both players endurance in this demanding US heat.
