India bt Chinese Taipei 80-68 (Q1 17-22, Q2 16-10, Q3 19-18, Q4 28-18)
Indian men surprised everyone to finish on 7th position after beating higher ranked Chinese Taipei in classification match ... For us Vishesh Bhriguvanshi scored 22 pts and also 4 assist ... In group stage Chinese Taipei convincingly defeated us so this was sweet revenge.
Before that in Classification 5th–8th match Japan defeated us 66-77 and in the quarters eventual champion Iran toyed with us for 47-77 victory.
