At Davis Cup - World Group play-off 2014, Bengaluru, India
India vs Serbia 0-2
Day One
[R1] Yuki Bhambri (IND,153) l Dusan Lajivic (SRB,61) 36 26 57
[R2] Somdev Devvarman (IND,144) l Filip Krajinovic (SRB,107) 16 64 36 26
India is in deep shit after first day in their Davis cup tie against Serbia after losing both the singles ... In the first match Yuki failed to raise the game as he made 59 unforced errors in this match and managed to convert only 2 break points from 9 chances ... In the third set he had respectable score against Lajivic ... In the second match I had lot more hope but Buji was flat in the first set to lose it easily ... In the second set he raised to win it but after that Buji's game went down ... Krajinovic take full advantage to win next two sets comfortably ... So after day one Serbia in driving seat and we need miracle of tremendous improvement in performance by Indians ... I doubt but at least hoping some face saving win by Lee-Rohan in tomorrow's doubles.
