Just before half-time Akashdeep deflected excellent pass from Mandeep Singh in the goal ... In the 43 rd minute Malak Singh deflected ball into the net and gave India 3-1 lead ... Pakistan responded in three minutes through field goal from Khasif Shah ... In 62nd minute India awarded penalty corner by umpire after mistake from Muhammad Ateeq but after discussion by both umpires they awarded penalty stroke which Rupinder Pal converted ... After that Indians controlled the pace of the match for really good victory ... Manpreet Singh was adjudged man-of-the-match for his excellent performance.
