Ajay Jayaram struggled with his regular game and he was never in the match .. Erratic game cost him his first place in the major final.
Jiang showed greater experience on the court and take 10-3 lead ... Jiang never gave chance to Sindhu for comeback and won it comfortably ... In the second game Sindhu take 6-0 lead which Jiang managed to reduce it 13-14 ... But Sindhu won 7 points from next 8 points to win this game ... In this game Sindhu played very good net game and excellent deceptive drop shots in her advantage ... In the final game both players were exchanging lead ... Jiang opened couple of points lead at 8-6 but Sindhu won next 4 points to lead 10-8 ... This time Jiang won next 4 points to retake the lead, 12-20 ... From 12-16 down Sindhu won next 5 points to lead 17-16 ... After that Sindhu missed couple of easy shots; open court smash and simple return in the net ... Jiang used her all experience to win final 2 points ... Sindhu had a big opportunity but she missed due to pressure ... Still creditable performance from Sindhu, Ajay, Guru and Sourabh in this Chinese super series.
