In the first game Sindhu opened 6-2 lead Li made it 7-8 but that only close she managed to get ... Sindhu kept her lead and opened 19-15 lead before converting 2nd game point to win this game ... Xuerui Li responded strongly in the second game and take 8-0 lead before winning this game losing only 9 points ... In the decider also Sindhu take couple of points lead from the start and was leading 8-3 ... Sindhu extended that lead to 14-7 and Xuerui Li reduced the lead to 16-19 ... But Sindhu kept her cool and completed huge win over in-form Xuerui Li in 45 minutes ... In the semis she is facing another Chinese opponent WR #9 Yanjiao Jiang.
Guru failed to create challenge against top-seed Long Chen and lost easily in straight games ... In all-Indian quarter-final, Ajay overcome challenge of young Sourabh after losing the first game ... Still creditable fighting performance by Sourabh Varma.
