Pankaj scored very close win in entertaining match against in-form Peter Gilchrist ... He lost first 2 frames against Peter but came back in the match winning next 2 ... But again Peter take next 2 frames to lead 4-2 ... At that time Pankaj was 1 frame away from losing semi-final ... He kept trying and managed to win next 3 frames to move into the final ... In the final Pankaj is facing another in-form player, who didn't loss a match like Pankaj in the tournament, Mike Russell.


In other semi-final Mike defeated Geet easily ... After losing first frame Geet won next 2 to lead 2-1 ... But from there Russell played almost flawless game to scored dominating win over Geet Sethi.
