Very closely fought win in super tie-break against American wild-card pair ... So this is their first semi-final since April at Monte-Carlo Masters, where they finished runners-up to Rafael Nadal and Tommy Robredo ... They will meet Bryans in the semis.

As per report, our pair tried hard to lost this match in super tie-break ... ;-)
From 4-4, they got two minibreaks to go up to 8-4 ... Then had three match pts at 9-6 one on our serve ... Even double faulted at the third match point to even it at 9-9 ... Then had a match point on the other guys' serve at 10-9 ... Finally got a 5th match pt at 11-10 and won that on our serve.

Yen-Hsun Lu sprained his thigh muscle in heavy weight training, still he tried to play this match ... But retired in the first game ... So with another lucky break Somi's winning streak on professional tour is continue to extend further.

Thursday men's play was rained out (except for two early singles matches and a little doubles they played indoors). Top seed Yen-Hsun Lu had to retire 10 points in against Indian Somdev Devvarman due to illness. It's Devvarman's 22nd straight pro win since jumping to the tour from the University of Virginia where he won back-to-back NCAA titles.
