Football News -
At 2008 AFC Challenge Cup Football Championship, Hyderabad, India

India bt Myanmar 1-0
Goal Scored - Sunil Chetri (IND) 82'

Tajikistan bt North Korea 1-0
Goal Scored - Dzhomikhon Muhidinov 39'

As per report, due to heavy rain again we played in heavy and soggy condition ... But after reading IndianFootball.com report, it was heartening to see we created multiple chances and raiding Mynmar goal continuously ... We again struggled due to our usual finishing problem ... Before Sunil's goal Myanmar player's header kissed Indian goalpost, so we were sort of lucky ... Anyway important thing is we r in the finals against Tajikistan.

Sunil Chetri comments - I was disappointed for that miss in the first half, but coach and captain said it is okay. Bob told us to go out and don't ever give up. Playing ball in their half for full time was our strategy. (about goal he scored) It was difficult to control the ball and thankfully I scored. We don't care who we will face in the final.
