[MS1] Ajay Jayaram (IND) l Chong Wei Lee (MAS) 12-21 21-17 8-21
[MD1] Rupesh Kumar (IND)/ Sanave Thomas (IND) l Kien Keat Koo (MAS)/ Boon Heong Tan (MAS) 14-21 21-23
[MS2] Parupalli Kashyap (IND) l Muhammad Hafiz Hashim (MAS) 17-21 21-18 11-21
Malaysian team defeated Indians 3-0 in the quarter-final ... Ajay managed to take WR #1 Chong Wei Lee in 3rd game after winning the second but Lee proved strong in the last game ... After losing the first game easily Rupesh and Sanave produced fight in the second but Malaysian pair managed to finish this match in 2 games ... Kashyap played well in first 2 games but failed to keep same consistency in the final game ... Still overall decent performance from our Thomas cup team after disappointing performance by the Uber cup team.
