Sumit wins his first challenge title in the style ... With this win he will be climbed to #225 in the ranking and that also means, he has secured his place in the Australian Open qualifying.

In the first set, Sumit lost his service game in the 1st game to down 0-2 ... From 2-3 down he won next four games, breaking Jay in the 6th and 8th games for winning the set ... In the second set, Jay was putting extra pressure on Sumit's serve ... Sumit saved 3-4 break points in the 4th game but Jay broke him in the 8th game and hold for winning the set ... In the final set, Jay broke Sumit in the 1st game but Sumit immediately broke back for 1-all ... Sumit again broke Jay in the 4th game for leading 3-1 ... And he once again broke Jay in the 8th game when he was serving for staying in the match ... Sumit was looking flat from the middle of second set but he suddenly raised his game after get broken in the 1st game of the third.
