Goal Scorers - Jasjit Singh Kular (IND) PC 15', Akashdeep Singh (IND) 49' and 51' and Razle Abdul Rahim (MAS) PC 46', Marhan Jalil (MAS) 61'
Indians score their first victory of ongoing World cup beating Malaysia ... Jasjit Singh opened Indian account after converting indirect penalty corner ... After that Indians were dominated and playing in Malaysian's half ... But our forwards were disappointing in-front of the goal ... In the second half Malaysians also started to play their game and they equalized through penalty corner ... After that Akashdeep scored two excellent field goals in 3 minutes ... Indians again failed to push their advantage and were defending ... 8 minutes before end of the play Malaysian scored 2nd goal ... They had another chance before couple of minutes but this time Indians kept lead for excellent win ... We need to improve in all department for better show against mighty Aussies.
