England bt New Zealand 5-1 (1-0)
Despite good performance against German team Indians lost opportunity of winning this game ... But after two games without a goal, India scored 3 goals to record their first points and earn a 3-3 draw against Olympic champions Germany in the final Pool A match ... Indians take lead three times and Germans drew afterwards ... After taking 3-2 lead Raghunath received yellow card in 67th minute ... Germans take advantage of it and scored when Sardara missed easy clearance in the circle ... So as we finished on last place then facing mighty Australian in quarter final.
