19 yrs old Mahesh Mangaonkar lifted his 2nd PSA title in Slovakia ... Mahesh was stretched in the first round by Brindle but he won quarter-final comfortably ... In the semis-final he defeated top-seed Czech player Koukal in well fought match ... He was leading 2-0 before Koukal fought back and won next two games ... In the decider both players were neck to neck which Mahesh won in extra points after saving match ball.
In the final he faced 2nd seed and defending champion Scottish Greg Lobban ... Despite playing long match in the semis Mahesh again produced solid performance in this long match ... After losing the first game Mahesh made strong comeback ... Mahesh won next two games but lost fourth game ... In the decider Mahesh kept his nerve and completed victory in 77 minutes.
