Snooker News -
At 24th Asian Snooker Championship 2008, Dubai, UAE


Huge victory for Aditya ... Aditya defeated Pankaj easily in semi-final and move into the final of Asian Snooker Championship ... This is Aditya's first Asian level final and having great opportunity to become Asian Champion ... This was a sweet revenge for Aditya in semis, he lost Snooker Nationals final to Pankaj in December 2007 ... In the final Aditya facing Chinese opponent Jin Long , whom he defeated easily in group stage ... So I m hoping for repeat performance from Aditya in the final.

Our all 3 players topped their respective groups to moved into pre-quarterfinals (knockout) stage ... But Yasin lost to Chinese finalist Jin Long in pre-quarterfinals ... Other hand Pankaj and Aditya continued their march towards semi-finals with easy victories ... But unluckily both faced eachother in semis, where Aditya triumphed.
