What a match between Rutuja and Ankita ... Ankita prevailed over Rutuja using her experience ... Rutuja started well and won the first set with a break ... Ankita fought back in the second to win it with a double break ... In the 8th game she was 30-30 on Kumkhum's serve and while serving for the match she saved six break points but failed to hold ... After that, it was one-way traffic in favor of Kumkhum as Pranjala made a lot of unforced errors under pressure ... A big learning experience for Pranjala.
Karman failed to challenge the top-50 Zheng but managed to decent score.
