Yuki scored a fighting win over crafty Mahut in a straight sets ... In the first set, Mahut broke Yuki in the 2nd game to lead 3-0 ... From 1-4 down Yuki fought back as Mahut was also making lot of forehand unforced errors ... Yuki broke him in the 7th game and held for 4-all ... Yuki again broke Mahut in the 9th game to lead 5-4, but he failed to hold his serve while serving for the set, 5-all ... Yuki took a crucial break in the 11th game and this time held his serve for a winning the set ... In the second set, Yuki was putting lot of pressure on Mahut's serve, still Mahut took an early break ... Mahut broke Yuki in the 4th game to lead 3-1 but from here Yuki took total control of the match ... He broke Mahut in the 5th, 7th and 9th games and held his serve comfortably for his first win in the main draw of Indian Wells Masters ... Next, he is facing top Frenchman Lucas Pouille.
