[R3] (Q) Yuki Bhambri (IND,110) l (18) Sam Querrey (USA,21) 76(4) 46 46

Yuki played a superb match against Querrey, but lost in the three sets after winning the first set ... In this match, he served well and his returning game was also better ... He struggled in long rallies and was looking tired in the third ... But this experience and performance will help him to achieve more in 2018.

In the first set, Querrey broke Yuki in the 2nd game for taking 2-0 lead but after that yuki broke Querrey in 3rd and 5th games to take 3-2 lead ... While serving for the set at 5-4 Yuki failed to hold his serve, 5-all ... Yuki played an excellent tie-break, he took three mini-breaks on Querrey's serve for winning it ... In the second set, Querrey stepped up his serving ... He broke Yuki in the 5th game, 2-3 and kept that lead for making 1 set-all ... A bad start for Yuki in the third as Querrey broke him the 1st game, 0-1 ... After Yuki tried to put pressure on Querrey's serve but failed to break ... So again with one break advantage Querrey won the set and match.
