Our men recurve team of Rahul Banerjee, Tarundeep Rai and Jayanta Talukdar created history beating Worl champion Korean in the semi-final ... This win is big boost for our recurve team who was struggling last few months ... Now they can participate in final Olympics qualifying with lot more confidence.

Korean men team created history in qualifying ... They bettered their own world record of 2043 pts by 26 pts ... New world record is of 2069 pts ... Our team qualified on 5th place ... In knockout we won first 2 matches tightly in low scoring but in the semis our players matched world champion Koreans and defeated them by a single point ... In the final we r facing Great Britain.

Deepika Kumari struggled in the qualifying and finished on lowly 23rd ... In knockout she started with 2 tight wins in the first 2 rounds but after that she scored convincing wins ... She won her quarter-final and semi-final very easily ... In the final she is facing Korean girl Sung Jin Lee.

In Recurve women team event our team lost in the quarters and Recurve individual event our all other archers lost in round of 32 ... In Compound individual Rajat Chauhan reached in the quarter-final before losing to American archer.
