Top-seed Sania and Yaroslava Shvedova defeated 2nd seed Olga Govortsova and Alla Kudryavtseva comfortably to won their first title together ... For Sania it was a 12th WTA doubles title and for Shvedova it was her 4th.

Sommy and Treat started well and they were leading 3-0 with double break but they failed to keep this advantage ... Mark and Xavier won next 5 games to lead 3-5 ... Again Sommy and Treat broke back but Mark and Xavier proved too strong in tie-break to won the first set ... In the second set also both pairs traded breaks regularly to take the set in tie-break ... In tie-break our pair also had set points but failed to convert it ... Very close loss for Sommy and Treat.

Tough match for Kaza against Tunisian top-seed Jaziri ... Rohan is also having tough match against Ukrainian 3rd seed Molchanov ... Also interesting match between Karan and Vijayant.
Expected winning start for our doubles teams against local pairs.
