Terrific upset by Aditi over former top-20 Japanese player ... Hopefully Aditi finding her old touch which was missing after her injury break ... She is having good chance to go deep here as not a single seeded player is remaining in the top draw.

Ajay and Guru moved to the third round with comfortable wins over their respective opponents ... In doubles our women and mixed doubles teams scored comfortable win but our men doubles team lost against Malaysian qualifiers.

Very hard fought win for Sindhu ... She was in trouble after losing the first game in extra points but kept fighting to won the second in extra points ... Third game was also close before Sindhu winning the match in 67 mins.

Arundhati scored biggest victory of her small career ... I think this was her first top-25 wins ... She scored three games win over Singapore player to moved into the second round.
