Chess News
At World Chess Championship, Bonn, Germany October 14 to 30, 2008

Viswanathan Anand (IND) vs Vladimir Kramnik (RUS) 3½ - 1½

Game 5 -
Vladimir Kramnik (RUS) - Viswanathan Anand (IND) 0-1

So after rest day game 5 started ... Playing with Black Anand again selected the Slav Defense ... Anand had interesting Rg8 move 15th, Kramnik needed to re-think his next moves ... Kramnik made blunder move Nxd4 on 29th move and he resigned on 35th move.

Frankly speaking this is a really bad work of Kramnik's seconds in preparation ... Reason is, Kramnik once again was surprised in the same opening ... Then again he got into time trouble ... After experiencing some problems in the middle of the game, he missed a nice combination before losing his second game ... I think this could prove decisive for the outcome of the championship but still lot many matches r going to play.
