In the first round, Kashyap scored upset win over top-15 Korean Hyun Il Lee in three games ... In the quarters, he defeated countryman Sameer Verma in straight games ... In the doubles, Manu and Sumeeth lost in the semis against top-seed Taipei pair ... In the final game, they had chances as they were leading most of the part and had a match point at 20-19.
