Sanam score fighting win against tough player Egor Gerasimov in three sets, last set went to extra points in tie-break ... Sanam comfortably won first set but Gerasimov fought back to win second set comfortably ... In decider Sanam broke Gerasimov in 3rd game to lead 3-1 but Gerasimov broke him in 6th game for 3-all ... In 8th game Sanam needed to save 6 break points before holding his serve ... Sanam broke Gerasimov in 9th game but failed to hold his serve while serving for the match in 10th game ... In tie-break after exchanging early mini-break Sanam was 2 match points down at 4-6 ... He won a point on his serve 5-6 and then took mini-break back on Gerasimov's serve 6-all ... He took lead taking mini-break on Gerasimov's next serve for his 1st match point, 7-6 ... And then win a point on his serve for completing exciting win after winning 4 points in a row ... Next he is facing 2nd seed James Ward.

Other hand it is really sad to see Buji's struggle on the court ... Today he shockingly lose his match against futures level Italian player Bega in straight sets ... In first set Buji broke Bega in 3rd game to lead 3-1 but Bega broke back in 8th game for 4-all ... Buji again broke Bega in 11th game but once again he failed to hold his serve while serving for the set ... In tie-break Buji was 2-5 down but he fought back and caught Bega at 6-all ... But Bega took crucial mini-break for winning this 16 points long tie-break ... In the second set also Buji struggled with his game and Bega took crucial break in 11th game and then hold for completing victory.

Expected straight sets win for Saki-Sanam against Sood twins.
