Indians u-14 girls once again qualify for u-14 World Junior Tennis Championship beating 3rd seed Australia in the quarters ... In that Mahek Jain scored important victory in the singles and then winning tight doubles with Shivani.

Before that Indian girls had tough draw as they were in same group with top-seed China and 3rd seed Australia were looming in the quarters ... But they overcome odds and qualify for championship.

Yuki give humiliating defeat to Jimmy Wang in one-sided win ... Yuki showed his talent when he is fully fit and kept control of the match from start for this win ... Next he is facing top-100 Japanese Go Soeda, in their last meeting Yuki lost it easily.


At $50K Tallahassee Challenger, Florida, USA

[SF] Somdev Devvarman (IND)/ Sanam Singh (IND) bt Facundo Arguello (ITA)/ Andrea Collarini (ITA) 76(10) 64

Buji and Sanam are in the final after beating their Italian opponents in two sets ... Buji-Sanam won 22 points long first set tie-break and then completed win after winning second set more comfortably.

Divij started well after winning first set but failed to keep momentum in next two sets ... KU gave fighting performance against talented 16 yrs old Duckhee Lee but that wasn't enough.
