Egyptian Dessouki score upset win over Saurav in this Gold tournament ... Dessouki won the first set but after that Saurav made a comeback and won next two sets ... But again from fourth Saurav struggled with his game and Dessouki won that in extra points ... Dessouki kept momentum for wining the fifth for upset win.
