In the first set both players were holding their service games though Jesse was holding more comfortably ... In tie-break Buji take 3-0 lead but after that he choked up and lost 7 points from next 8 points to lose the set ... In the second set Buji stepped up his game and won the set with double break ... In the final set Jesse broke Buji in 3rd game but Buji immediately broke back to make it 2-all ... Buji take important break in 8th game to lead 5-3 but failed to hold when serving for the set, 5-4 ... Buji again broke Jesse in 10th game and completed another good comeback win against another top-100 player ... Next he is having interesting match against his Serbian doubles partner.

Interestingly Somi's top draw is wide open as all seeded players lost in the first round ... In the second round only 2 seeded players r remaining 6th seed Argentine Guido Pella and 8th seed American Wayne Odesnik ... Good opportunity for Buji to lift the title here.
