Goal Scored - Sunil Sowmarpet (IND) 20', Gurvinder Singh Chandi (IND) 26' and 40' and Nicholas Wilson (NZL) 24', Blair Hilton (NZL) 32' and 64', Andrew Hayward (NZL) 44' PC, 52' PC, 55' PC and 56' PC

Considering our performance against New Zealand we should say we played better hockey against Pakistan ... 2 days horror show completed today ... At half-time both teams were 2-all ... Until 3rd goal every time we take lead and immediately conceded goal in next 4-6 mins ... In second hald New Zealand almost managed to score a goal on every penalty corners and other hand it looks we were playing with legs inside D.
This was our worst defeat against New Zeland and I hope somebody sensible from HI will take initiative to kick-out Harendra from Indian team coaching job.
