[Q2] (20) Somdev DevVarman (IND, 120) l (3) Illya Marchenko (UKR,85) 46 36

Somdev started well breaking Illya's serve in 3rd game ... But Illya came back strongly breaking Somi's serve in 6th and 8th games ... Then Somi broke Illya's serve when he was serving for the set in 9th game ... Again Illya broke Somi's serve in 10th game to win first set ... In second set also Somi started well breaking Illya's serve in 1st game but again Illya broke Somi's serve in 4nd and 6th games to take control of the match ... And then hold his serve to won second set and match.

Somi is struggling with his serve but still good fighting performance from him to match talented Illya Marchenko.

Our only 3 players r in quarters and our 2 seeded got upset from qualifiers ... One of them was Rupesh .. :@

But excellent upset win by Vivek over top-seed Argentine in tight 3 sets ... Karan again dominated 3rd set after losing first set and then produced comeback in the match winning 2nd in tie-break ... Ranjeet produced comfortable win over Ashutosh ... Our 3 pairs in doubles semis.
