At World Cup Stage 3, Antalya, Turkey 2-7 June 2009

Our good performance in Recurve event is continued in stage 3 ... We won silver in Recurve Men's Team event losing to Korean team and our women team in Recurve Women's Team event won Bronze beating Japanese team.

In individual event Jayanta reached quarter-final and enhance his chances of making it to the Copenhagen final later this year ... But Kapil produced shocking result in second round defeating mighty Korean seed No. 1 in this meet Dong-Hyun Im, who was 2007 Leipzig Worlds champion ... He is also in quarter-final ... Also Rimil Biruly surprised by her performance, she upseted 2007 World champion Italian Natalia Valeeva ... She is also in quarter-final.

In qualification Indian men finished 2nd with 4009 pts behind world champion South Korea, who scored 4053 pts ... In mens individual qualification -
