This was the second time we qualified for the quarter finals of Sudiram cup and both time we faced #1 seed Chinese team ... Despite this loss, we can say overall good performance and some positives to take.
Again impressive performance from our new MXD pair, Ashwini and 16 yr old Satwiksairaj, as they stretched WR #2 Chinese team to three games .. In every match, they gave impressiv showing in this tournament ... Need to keep eye on the progress of Satwiksairaj.
Srikanth failed to challenge fromer WR #1 Long Chen in his loss .. In men's doubles, young Chirag and Satwiksairaj got doubles trainning from former WR #1 and very experienced Chinese pair.
