[QF] (6) Diju V. (IND)/ Jwala Gutta (IND) vs (2) Hung Ling Chen (TPE)/ Wen Hsing Cheng (TPE)
Jwala and Diju moved into the quarters with comfortable win over pair in 30 minutes ... Next they r facing 2nd seed Taipei pair.
In the first game Viktor take lead after 5-all ... He was leading 11-6 and 14-10 but Anand fought back to make it 14-all ... Anand won 4 points in arow from 14-17 to lead 18-17 but Viktor won next 3 points and converted 2nd game point to win this game ... In the second game from 7-10 down Viktor take 12-10 lead ... Anand caught with him at 13-all and was leading 17-16 but Viktor won last 5 points to complete win in 34 minutes ... But other hand Guru had poor outing and lost one-sided match in 31 minutes ... Ajay also failed to produce much fight to Vietnamese Tien Minh Nguyen ... In both games Nguyen take early lead and managed to keep that throughout the games.
Pradnya Gadre and Prajakta Sawant gave decent performance against 3rd seed Japanese pair ... I was expecting better result from Jwala and Ashwini against Olympics bound WR #13 Indonesian pair ... Disappointing loss.
