In group A most of the matches ended without any action ... Nakamura agreed to draw after 22 moves ... In 19 moves Carlsen match ended in draw ... Kramnik match also ended in draw after 22 moves ... Anand tried to win but in end agreed to draw after 38 moves.

In group B Ganguly and Liem accepted draw in just 20 moves ... Tania ended on losing side in her last match of Group C in 36 moves.

American grandmaster Hikaru Nakamura won his first Tata (Corus) title ... Anand also finished strongly on second position in this super grandmaster event.
