At AIBA Youth World Championships 2010, Baku, Azerbaijan

Krishan Vikas created history winning Gold medal at Youth World Championships beating Lithuanian boxer in closely fought final bout ... He recently won Asian Youth Championship so showed his performance there wasn't fluke ... Shiva Thapa also reached the final but Cuban boxer was too strong for him in the final ... So good result for Indians as they won one Gold and one Silver.


After reaching in semi-finals both boxers already secured place in first-ever Youth Olympics which be held in Singapore in August.
