Harsh played with injury protected ranking ... This was his first match of maindraw challenger after a year long injury layoff ... So seeing his performance here should give us some hopes that he can still comeback where he left before injury, ie top 250 ranking ... Now next target for his giving good performance at Delhi Challenger where he recieve wildcard.

Premier Hockey League will also have fewer matches as 37 matches were played in the last league, leading to criticism from participating foreign players ... This 4th edition will have 26 matches in 22 days, including round-robin matches, semi-finals and best of 3 finals matches.
This year IHF is planning to give more exposure to youth, so 21 players from the under-19 and under-21 age groups have been included in the seven teams ... Also there will be 21 foreign players, whose names will be announced later.

This is huge moral boosting win for our second string players ... Ashutosh's loss against Aisam was expected considering Aisam's recent experiance of playing on higher level tournaments ... Still decent scoreline for Ashutosh in that match.
But then in doubles Ashutosh and Vivek defeated experianced Davis cupper pair in straight sets thats huge victory in deciding rubber (moreover Aisam is top-100 doubles player) ... Now I m hoping in second leg our captain Akhtar Ali having plan of giving chance to Sunil (atleast in singles).

Ashutosh Singh (IND)/ Vivek Shokeen (IND) bt Aisam-ul Haq Qureshi (PAK)/ Aqeel Khan (PAK) 76(5) 62
