At U-21 Junior Asia Cup 2008, Hyderabad

India produced a dramatic fightback to defend the Asia Cup hockey title in a exciting 3-2 victory over South Korea, again drag flicker Diwakar Ram's brilliance to score the match-winner (golden goal) early in the extra time.

The Indians were trailing 0-2 till the 52nd minute ... But Sunil SP and Diwakar Ram scored to tie match for Indians ... Diwakar Ram was the hero for India in this tournament, as he scored goals from penalty corners at very crucial stages in this Asia Cup.

As a finalist South Korea is also qualified for 2009 Junior World Cup with India.
