Format for this World Team Chess Championship was, for winning tie team will get 2 points and for draw both teams will get 1 point.

In last match India defeated Brazil 3½ - ½ and in other match US drew with Azerbaijan ... So after last round India ties with US in match points, i. e. 13 pts, but US won silver medal on tie-break (may be due to ½ pt extra in total points calculation) and India managed to win bronze medal ... So at least we performed as per our 3rd ranking.
