Jayanta Talukdar repeated his 2006 performance after winning Recurve Men individual final, he won the first ever World Cup Stage in Porec in 2006 and also participated in the 2006 World Cup Final in Mexico.

Jayanta Talukdar won his second gold medal with Rahul Banerjee and Mangal Singh Champia ... They defeated Russian team to lift gold medal in Recurve Team Final.
