At I-League 2008/09 - 16th April
CONGRATULATIONS TO CHURCHILL BROTHERS AS A WINNER OF I-LEAGUE 2008-09!!!
Churchill Brothers were deserving winner the way they played in this season and last season I-Leagues ... Last time they missed the title on goals difference against Dempo ... But this time they made sure that wan't be the case ... In final round they defeated Mohammedan in tennis like score ... And other hand Mahindra defeated Mohun Bagan so Churchill win I-League 2008-09 with clear 3 pts.
As expected Vasco and Mohammedan will be relegated and new 4 teams will be added for next season for I-League Division II, Shillong's Lajong Sports Club already secured their place in I-League and other 3 teams will join them after last round on 18th April.
