At $4.5M Miami Masters, FL, USA
[R1] (WC) Sania Mirza (IND,100) l Mathilde Johansson (FRA,65) 61 67(2)
Doubles
[R1] (4) Leander Paes (IND)/ Lukas Dlouhy (CZE) vs Fernando Gonzalez (CHI)/ Juan Monaco (ARG)
[R1] (3) Mahesh Bhupathi (IND)/ Mark Knowles (BAH) vs Julien Benneteau (FRA)/ Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (FRA)
As per stat very weird match ... Sania won first set easily but then Mathilde Johansson matches Sania's game ... She won second set in tie break ... Third set also went to tie break where both players had match points on their serves but atlast Mathilde Johansson converted it to won this match in 2 hours 22 mins ... In this match Sania broke Mathilde Johansson's serve 11 times and Mathilde Johansson broke Sania's serve 8 times ... Mathilde Johansson also had 18 double faults in this match ... In total Sania won 109 pts and Mathilde Johansson won 106 pts ... After looking at stats of so many service breaks and double faults it was clear both players struggled to adjust windy condition at stadium.

Amber Chess Tournament 2009, Nice
Tuesday 25 March - Round X
Blind
Viswanathan Anand - Alexander Morozevich 0 - 1
Rapid
Alexander Morozevich - Viswanathan Anand ½ - ½
Levon Aronian take sole lead with full point after Anand and Carlsen lost their respective matches ½-1½ pts ... Anand lost his blindfold game against Morozevich due to a classical blindfold error.
From Report -
The blindfold game between Anand and Alexander Morozevich ended dramatically when Anand dropped his queen due to a classical error. In the position after Black’s 24th move, 24...Nd5, Anand started his calculations with 25.Nxd5 cxd5 26.Qxd5 and in his mind he went many moves deeper. But when he finally had taken his decision he assumed that he had already executed the first move of his plan and moved his queen to d5. When he saw the answer 25...cxd5 he understood what had happened and resigned.
So now before last round Levon Aronian is leading with 13 pts ... Anand and Carlsen r on 2nd position with 12 pts and Kramnik is ½ pt behind them.
Putting my efforts to support Indian players with publishing their results for fans all over the world and also for benefit of media people.
